Production Line Leader

POSITION SUMMARY:

The incumbent is tasked to take charge of employee training on press operation; facilitate the timely and satisfactory completion of technical training for all production assignments; conduct process audits to check for compliance with established standards and generate useful production data to improve shop floor performance.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assists the Production Supervisor in supervising machine and operators in the given shift in accordance with the approved production schedule. In the process he ensures compliance to production standards, health and safety and other applicable standards.
• Coordinates schedule and priorities with the support groups and functions to avoid downtime and enable high productivity.
