Production Line Leader

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure that daily production schedules are accomplished,
• Ensure that correct drawing specifications are followed in all operations.
• Ensure that all products have proper identification tags.
• Ensure product quality.
• Record, report and update daily output of the section.
• Ensure that records on rejected/good scrap are in order.
• Perform any other related duties that maybe assigned from time to time.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: College graduate of any four-year course
• Experience: With at least 2 years work experience in people handling or leadership
• Must be keen to details
• Can work with less supervision
• Can work under pressure with strong leadership skills
• Team Player
• Proficient in MS Office
• Can lead and inspire people
