Production Line Leader

Job Description:
We are looking for a capable and hands-on Production Line Leader to supervise and coordinate daily production line activities in our sardines manufacturing facility. The role ensures that production targets are met while maintaining product quality, food safety, and workplace discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead production line staff during daily operations
• Ensure production output meets target quantity, quality, and schedule
• Assign tasks and monitor performance of line workers
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, and food safety standards
• Monitor machine operations and coordinate with maintenance for equipment issues
• Conduct line inspections to ensure quality standards are met
• Enforce proper housekeeping, safety, and sanitation on the production floor
