Key Responsibilities

• Detail Description Specific work requirements and process description
• Meeting with line leaders
• Cover production updates, stock availability, and solutions for rejection issues.
• Discuss daily production issues, bottle rejections, and review stock and output records.

Operator arrangement

• Ensure operators are ready and equipped; maintain production flow by coordinating replacements and regular checks.

• Provide operators with hairnets and gloves.

• Issue memos to all machines.
• Schedule line checks every 1-2 hours.
• Manage operator breaks and replacements.

Operator training

• Focus on improving operator skills to avoid bottle rejections and ensure compliance with customer quality requirements.
