Production Line Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise workers on the production line.
• Set up machines and lines according to SOP.
• Ensure raw materials are available and used correctly.
• Monitor product quality, temperature, and process.
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and cleanliness are followed.
• Reduce wastage and handle rejects.
• Check production records and packaging details.
• Report machine problems to the supervisor.
• Ensure workers follow company rules.
• Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Knowledge and Expertise Required

• Basic knowledge of ERP.
• Basic understanding of product and packaging specifications.
• Basic knowledge of GMP, HACCP, Allergen, and Halal standards.
• Able to work well in a team.
• Good communication and people skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Good leadership and teamwork skills.
