Production Manager - Afternoon Shift

Role

The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing aspects of daily production operations through personal interaction with plant employees, Lead hands and Supervisors ensuring production process run smoothly and efficiently and that floor response to immediate problems as well as it is handled in a timely, constructive manner. They delegate authority to key supervisors in production, manage all functions involved and direct and coordinate operations for the processing plant. They will assist the Plant Manager in managing and overseeing plant activities to maximize the safety, continuous improvement, quality, food safety, and productivity of our plant. They will promote a healthy work culture ensuring plant and employee safety and health as priority. Responsibilities
