Our client is a world-leading producer of premium mushroom compost. They are a fourth-generation family business that has been a part of the Hawkesbury community for nearly 60 years. Their mushroom compost accounts for 70% of NSW's total mushroom production, and 25% of the country's production. They are now seeking to appoint a Production Manager for the compost manufacturing process.

Role
This new position will oversee all operational and performance aspects of daily composting production activities. It is an on-the-floor role leading the compost manufacturing team. You will promote a positive work environment focused on learning and continuous improvement, while demonstrating your leadership skills in a growing, sustainable business.
