Job Description Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Production Manager will be a key member of the site leadership team that is responsible for leading the production team in safely producing quality food that meets our customers' current and future expectations. Provides leadership, coaching, mentoring and training while supervising and indirectly coordinating activities of 120+ employees Involved with setting and executing strategic goals/plans for the Company Manages and oversees the production process and all sanitation activities Coordinates plant activities through detailed planning with supervisors and managers to ensure plant objectives are accomplished in a secure, timely and cost effective manner Ensures SOPs and quality control standards are developed, followed and improved upon.
