Factory Supervisor / Production Manager

Our building products manufacturing client is seeking an experienced Factory Supervisor / Production Manager to lead daily manufacturing operations, drive safety and quality and keep production running efficiently and on schedule.

You’ll oversee production staff, manage workflows and labour, and ensure high standards across safety, quality and operational performance. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
