Production Manager

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:

Oversee the operations of production.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Raw material inventory and planning.
• Production planning, timeline and monitoring.
• Trouble shooting in production related to output and quality of the product.
• Submission of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Production Reports, BRM to Site Head
• ISO documentation, GMP implementation / other audit preparation.
• Material balancing and production materials stock monitoring.
• Coordination of daily production, quality control and maintenance reports in order to improve over all operation
• Evaluate and plan appropriate training for employees to improve work performance.
• Assist in new trail.
• Establish/Implement/Comply to GMP, HACCP, & FSSC policies & SOPs.
• Establish/Implement/Comply to Waste Management (Solid & Hazardous) policies & SOPs.
• Establish/Implement/Comply to OSHAS policies & SOPs.
