Production Manager

The Production Manager, reporting directly to the Director of Internal Operations for Single Family, is responsible for leading and overseeing all pre‑release functions, including management of Drafting and Product Development, while overseeing the workflow of the Design Studio. This role requires a highly organized and technically skilled leader with strong communication abilities to effectively manage cross‑functional teams and ensure alignment across departments. The Production Manager is accountable for delivering consistent, on‑time releases to field, including production drawings, building permit applications, and Design Studio sign‑offs, while maintaining the highest standards of plan accuracy and consistency.
