Reporting to the Producer, you will assist in overseeing the production process, creating departmental schedules, and managing production crew members to keep the show running smoothly. The role requires strong organization, calm under pressure, and excellent communication to support a team of industry professionals producing high‑quality children’s content.

Responsibilities

Manage and organize all Production Departments and supervise the Production Coordinators for each Department

Oversee the production’s progress, review reports, and flag any issues to the Producer

Review all script and animatic notes, ensuring the team balances priorities and responds promptly

Collaborate with the Producer and coordinators to create detailed plans and breakdowns of tasks, keeping the project on schedule
