Hubbell is seeking a Production Manager for our Chatsworth, CA location to provide leadership and be responsible for all aspects of the operations; personnel, productivity, and on-time delivery. The candidate will manage and develop a team in a fast-paced environment and a commitment to process improvements in the areas of Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery performance utilizing business practices/processes to include 5S, Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma. The Production Manager will deploy company and factory policies and strategies to staff throughout the manufacturing operation and translate them into business, team, and personnel goals. Pay for this position will range from $140k- $150k annually.
