Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Production Planning & Control

·       Plan and organise daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.

·       Ensure production targets are achieved on time.

·       Monitor manpower, machine capacity, and material availability.

·       Minimise downtime and improve production efficiency.

2. Quality Control

·       Ensure all products meet automotive quality standards and customer requirements.

·       Work closely with QA/QC to resolve quality issues.

·       Implement continuous improvement (Kaizen, 5S, Lean, etc.).

3. People Management

·       Lead, supervise, and motivate production supervisors and operators.

·       Arrange training and skill development for production staff.

·       Handle discipline, performance monitoring, and attendance issues.
