We are looking for an accomplished Production Manager who will take the lead in driving operational excellence across our Davao facility. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that our plant consistently delivers high‑quality products safely, efficiently, and cost‑effectively. The successful candidate will champion process optimization, continuous improvement, and strong leadership within the plant team.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the end-to-end operations of the plant to consistently achieve production targets.
• Establish and strengthen operational systems, policies, and procedures to enhance productivity and workflow efficiency.
• Track and evaluate key performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and operational refinement.
