Production Manager

Position Summary Stella-Jones is a leading producer of pressure-treated wood products. We are currently seeking a Production Manager to join our Shelburne residential lumber facility. The Production Manager assists and works closely with the Plant Manager on day-to-day production operations including production planning, production activities, and quality control. You will play a key role in ensuring the successful operations of the plant, leading a team of approximately 50 employees across three shifts within a unionized environment, with an additional 20 seasonal employees at our distribution centre. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, unionized manufacturing environment and brings a strong commitment to Lean Manufacturing principles, safety, and people development.
