Job Description
Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point (database experience preferred)
High-level organizational skills, including filing and indexing
Experience in compiling management data and reports
Experience Required Minimum 5 years experience in injection moulding machine setting and optimizationAt least 3 years of supervisory experience
Previous experience in a plastics manufacturing environment
Key Responsibilities Production ManagementCoordinate and manage all production staff
Hold weekly meetings with injection moulding machine setters for problem-solving and information sharing
Promote quality achievement and continuous performance improvement throughout the organization
Set production objectives and ensure targets are achieved (e.g. scrap %, absenteeism %, cycle time standards)
Maintain awareness of business context and company profitability, including budgetary control
