Responsibilities:
Execute production plans. Supervise shift/team. Maintain safety standards. Monitor daily output and quality. Collaborate with support functions. Provide day-to-day leadership, direction, and support to team members. Ensure team alignment with organizational goals and performance standards.
Assist in improvement projects. Manage inventory and materials. Maintain basic budget control. Prepare standard reports. Develop talent through coaching, performance evaluations, and succession planning. Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering/related field. 6+ years in production. Basic Lean/ERP knowledge. Strong team and problem-solving skills.
