  Responsibilities:  
 Reviewing workloads and manpower to ensure targets are met.
 Supporting the company’s vision and process ideals.
 Ensuring staff working on processes are happy and operating efficiently.
 Supporting all functions of the business to work together.
 Ensuring that health and safety regulations are followed.
 Promote manufacturing excellence and support manufacturing teams in achieving KPI Targets and maintenance routines.
  Qualifications and Skills: 
 Print manufacturing knowledge including colour management.
