  Job Description and Requirements  Job Description: 
 Solution oriented production approach to meet budgets and execution time frames
 Leads and manages all pre-production and set up and breakdown of assigned events under the supervision of and in coordination with the whole team (client/coordinator/designer/technical team)
 Liaising with the team to formulate objectives and understand requirements.
 Making sure goods and services are produced efficiently and that the correct amount is produced at the right cost and level of quality
 Organizing workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
 Estimating costs and preparing budgets
 Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)
 Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)
