Job Description

Responsibilities:

Strategic Production Planning & Leadership

Develop and execute production strategy aligned to business objectives

Lead, motivate, and develop production teams to achieve optimal performance

Implement production schedules to improve throughput, reduce delays, and ensure on-time delivery

Assess production capacity, resourcing, and infrastructure to support growth

Production Execution & Control
Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient use of equipment, labour, and materials

Maximise machine uptime and coordinate preventative maintenance

Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement to enhance productivity and reduce costs

Ensure only quality-approved products are released to customers

Maintain high standards of quality, reliability, and compliance
