Production manager

Role Overview and Responsibilities:
Dhruva Space is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations for aerospace and defense projects. With 8+ years of experience in production management and manufacturing leadership, the ideal candidate will ensure operational excellence, timely delivery, and compliance with AS9100 D and other quality standards, while driving process optimization and team performance.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Develop and manage production schedules, resource allocation, and capacity planning to meet project milestones across composite manufacturing, PCB assembly, and harness production.
Lead production teams, conduct performance reviews, implement cross-training, and drive employee development programs.
Maintain low scrap rates and full compliance with AS9100 D, ISO 9001, and ISRO/DRDO standards. Oversee internal QC, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
