Key Responsibilities – Production Manager

Production Planning & Control

• Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans in line with sales forecasts.
• Ensure timely production of smart accessories such as earbuds, chargers, cables, power banks, wearables, and related products.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Sales to align production with demand.
• Monitor production output, cycle times, and capacity utilization.

Manufacturing Operations

• Oversee SMT, assembly lines, testing, packaging, and final dispatch operations.
• Ensure smooth workflow across all production stages.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve throughput.
• Ensure optimal use of manpower, machinery, and materials.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Ensure products meet quality standards, specifications, and certifications.
