Production Manager

Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a well-established manufacturing business in Lancashire to recruit a Production Manager to lead a fast-paced, high-volume production area.

This is a key leadership role with full responsibility for day-to-day operations, driving safe, efficient and high-quality output while developing high-performing teams and embedding a strong Continuous Improvement culture.

Reporting into senior operations leadership, you’ll be accountable for performance across your production area, delivering against safety, quality, cost and service targets.
