Production Manager

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently supporting a thriving engineering business who are in need of a Production Manager to take ownership of day-to-day machining operations, managing a team of millers, turners and EDM operatives, planning workloads and ensuring output meets customer expectations.

Key responsibilities of the Production Manager include:

• Overseeing CNC machining production, including workflow planning, resource allocation and machine utilisation
• Leading, motivating and developing a team of machinists, setters and operators, promoting a culture of excellence
• Driving continuous improvement across quality, productivity and cost efficiency
• Monitoring KPIs and performance data to support informed decision-making
• Working closely with Engineering, Quality and Planning teams to resolve issues and enhance processes
