Production Manager

The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing daily production operations at the BIGGS Inc. Commissary to ensure the consistent availability of required products for timely delivery to restaurant branches. The role aims to prevent zero-stock situations while maintaining high standards of quality, food safety, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise daily production activities to meet demand and delivery schedules
Ensure product availability, quality standards, and compliance with food safety regulations
Plan and monitor production schedules, manpower allocation, and workflow efficiency
Oversee inventory levels, raw material usage, and stock replenishment
Coordinate closely with Purchasing, Logistics, Quality Assurance, and Store Operations to support complete and on-time deliveries
Identify and address production issues to minimize delays, waste, and shortages
