Production Manager

Job Summary
The Production Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing poultry production operations to ensure optimal productivity, quality, animal welfare, biosecurity, and cost efficiency. This role ensures that production targets are met while complying with company standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and manage daily poultry production operations (breeding, broilers, layers, hatchery, or processing, as applicable).
Ensure production targets for volume, quality, and efficiency are consistently achieved.
Monitor bird health, growth performance, feed conversion, and mortality rates; take corrective actions when required.
Implement and enforce biosecurity, animal welfare, food safety, and health & safety standards.
