Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience. MINIMUM 5 years working in a metal/metal parts or related manufacturing environment Strong management, planning, and leadership skills Demonstrated ability to identify, prioritize, and address problems, meet deadlines, and stay within budget Ability to work independently Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong interpersonal skills Experience managing a multi-cultural workforce Responsibilities
