Production Manager

Position Objective
Oversee and optimize production operations, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are consistently achieved while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage daily production operations
Ensure compliance with safety, quality and productivity standards
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes
Optimize resource utilization and production efficiency
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives
Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing practices
Monitor KPIs and drive corrective actions when needed
Develop and mentor production teams
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering (preferred) or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent or Production Manager
