**About the Role**Seeking a Production Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our Mexicali manufacturing facility, overseeing production, maintenance, and process improvements to achieve goals safely, efficiently, and with high quality.
**Key Responsibilities**- Lead production and maintenance activities.
- Drive quality, lean/5S, and continuous improvement.
- Support adoption of automation/technology where feasible.
- Maintain a strong safety culture; provide team training.
- Support automation and process-enhancement projects.
- Report operational metrics to management in Anaheim.Experiência y requisitos**Qualifications******- 5+ years in manufacturing operations leadership (Production Manager, Plant Supervisor, or similar).
- ** Bilingual (Spanish/English).
**:- Located in Mexicali, with the ability to travel to Anaheim.
