We are seeking an experienced and hands‑on Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations at Skeleton Technologies’ SuperBattery site in Varkaus. In this role, you will ensure that our factory can produce SuperBattery and SuperCapacitor electrodes and cells efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. You will supervise the production team, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement in collaboration with other departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the Varkaus factory can produce SuperBattery and SuperCapacitor electrodes and cells according to targets
• Supervise and lead the Production team to achieve production goals
• Ensure deliveries meet quality requirements and deadlines
