Production Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly adaptable Production Manager to lead operations in a fast-paced bakery manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring food safety and quality standards, maximizing operational efficiency, and leading production teams across multiple shifts.

Direct experience in bakery manufacturing and/or food manufacturing is mandatory.

Candidates without hands‑on experience in a food production environment will not be considered. The ideal candidate understands the unique challenges of high‑volume bakery production, including ingredient handling, product consistency, sanitation standards, production scheduling, and managing time‑sensitive operations.
