**Pay: $129K-139K**

**Summary:**
Results-driven leader responsible for supervising team members in a manufacturing and assembly environment. This position plans and assigns work, implements policies and procedures, and recommends improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures, and working conditions.

**Essential Duties:**

• Ensure Quality of Product meets and exceeds Customer expectations. Ensure Quality records are maintained.
• Visit the construction site to investigate the warranty/customer complaint.
• Safety – Ensure a safe working environment is maintained.
• Attainment of Production Schedule and forecast on time and in full.
• Accurate and timely reporting of Key Performance Indicators.
• Takes corrective action when the team’s daily output does not meet requirements.
