About the role
Multi-Wing is looking for a
Production Manager
to take full responsibility for production operations at our plant in La Roca, Catalona, Spain. This is a senior leadership role with a strong focus on
production management, quality, operational performance, and financial results
, working closely with Supply Chain, Quality, HR, Customer Service, and Finance.
You will play a key role in ensuring efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective production while driving continuous improvement, people development, and long-term operational stability in line with Multi-Wing’s strategic objectives.
