Production Manager

Role Purpose Statement

• To manage the production of BLE manufacturing process inclusive high /low solvent, effluent, Thermal, Lipico EIE & hydrogeneration plants, ensuring efficiency, quality and adherence to budgets and deadlines.
• To lead and coach engineers to continue strike for improvement and BPS implementation

Main Accountabilities

• Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands while optimizing resource allocation.
• Team Management: Supervise and lead production staff, ensuring effective communication and teamwork to achieve production goals.
• Quality Control: Monitor product quality and safety standards, conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Safety: Conduct tools box talks and identify any gaps that's need to be improved. Consistently engaged with team to ensure safety of workplace.
