Job Description
- 5 to 10 years of experience as a Production Manager in a food/bottling or personal care/home care manufacturing plant, responsible for all facets of production management: planning and organizing production schedules, assessing resource requirements, creating a budget, controlling costs, improving work processes, and managing people to ensure that production goals and targets are met.
- With demonstrated ability in project management, process improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma certifications are a plus
- Graduate with an Engineering degree - Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics & Communications, preferably licensed
- With excellent oral and written communication skills, highly proficient in MS Office
- Must be willing to be assigned to the plant located at Deparo, North Caloocan
