Our client is a manufacturing company based in USA and has been developing business activities in Vietnam for more than 5 years.

Principal Accountabilities:
Respond to Operation Management

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Manage and direct the plant operations consisting of Planning, Physical Distribution, Production, Quality Assurance, Engineering & Maintenance, and Environment, Health & Safety.
• Work closely with the sales and technical team & the toller representative to analyze the demand and develop manufacturing strategies.
• Determine and manage the organizational structure to facilitate lean manufacturing and continuous improvement in product consistency, cycle time, cost, inventory accuracy and working capital
