Production Manager (Process)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

This position is responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the Process department in the syrup preparation and the operation of water treatment and wastewater treatment facilities following the established quality and process standards set by the company and PEPSICO to produce quality products at the right quantity and time at optimum cost.

• Waste Elimination Management
• Yield and Cost Management
• Maintenance Management System
• Quality Performance Management

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Graduate of Engineering course.
• At least five (5) years of solid or combined work experience in the food and beverage industry, three (3) years of which in a managerial role.
• Extensive exposure in beverage manufacturing operations and technology
