Production Manager

As the Production Manager for COUCH DESIGNS SDN BHD, you will play a critical role in overseeing the efficient and effective operations of our manufacturing facility in Puchong, Selangor. This full-time position is responsible for ensuring the timely production of high-quality furniture pieces that meet our exacting standards and customer requirements.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of the manufacturing process, from raw material procurement to final product delivery.
• Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and strategies to maximise output, minimise waste, and improve productivity.
• Monitor and optimise workflow, equipment utilisation, and resource allocation to maintain optimal efficiency.
