About the role

As the Production Manager for COUCH DESIGNS SDN BHD, you will play a critical role in overseeing the efficient and effective operations of our manufacturing facility in Puchong, Selangor. This full‑time position is responsible for ensuring the timely production of high‑quality furniture pieces that meet our exacting standards and customer requirements.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of the manufacturing process, from raw material procurement to final product delivery.
• Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and strategies to maximise output, minimise waste, and improve productivity.
• Monitor and optimise workflow, equipment utilisation, and resource allocation to maintain optimal efficiency.
