Role Description
The Production Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and controlling all production operations to ensure products are manufactured efficiently, cost-effectively, safely, and in full compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
This role ensures that production output consistently meets volume, quality, cost, and delivery targets in alignment with the company's strategic objectives and OKRAPI-SPATRES framework.
