Production Manager Ref: 4144

This position involves overseeing the production department while maintaining high quality, efficiency, and compliance with company standards. The Production Manager will lead a team to deliver products that meet quality and cost specifications, ensure the production process operates efficiently, manage raw material usage, foster a culture of safety and accountability, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth operations across the production value chain. To be considered, you will need a Qualified Miller (SAGMA/GMF or equivalent), LSS Greenbelt certification, and a Manufacturing or Leadership Certificate (Essential). An Advanced OSHACT certificate is also required.
