JOB DETAILS

1) He should be well conversant with the process of Cable production and day to day process flow, Keen knowledge of Cable manufacturing process LT/HT Cables,,Utilize skill of technicians base on job requirement, Nominate & ensure for different technical & behavioral training for better output of function
2) Strategically management and documentation, Knowledge as per ISO 9000 and cable related standard with its implication Moreover he has to look after general Maintenance (Electrical Mechanical)

3) Coordination and regular discussion and dealing with internal department also with intra department i.e. marketing, design, QA, dispatch etc.

4) To discuss with seniors for several decision & opinions, discuss with production figures technicians for day to day activity & planning Guide to subordinates to routine production related planning and problem solving.
