JOB DETAILS

1 Increasing production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.
2 Responsibility for production output, product quality and on-time dispatch.
3 Prepare operation schedule and assign shifts and duties to the staff.
4 Recruiting technical staff.
5 Share a trusting relationship with work group and recruit, manage and develop plant staff.
6 Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime.
7 Address employees’ issues or grievances and administer collective bargaining agreements
8 Drive productivity and cost saving projects with a special continuous emphasis on yield. Promote automation and leverage technology for achieving high yield.
9 Plan, Design and Execution of new projects including approvals for procurement of any manufacturing or packaging equipment’s.
