Job Description
- Plan, manage and control the fragrance manufacturing process as per quality standards and customer requirements.
- Manage the raw materials and fragrances stock to comply with cycle counting and FIFO practices, ensure proper rotation to reduce slow moving provision.
- Implement innovative solutions/CAPEX to boost efficiency and productivity of the area to achieve lowest possible lead-time.
- Ensure the matching between production procedures and CPL global procedures.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives on the production department whilst training the production staff to achieve good maturity levels that reflect in the overall performance of KPI´s.
- Manage proper supply of consumables required for production.
- Link with QA, maintenance, EHS, buying, foreign trade, HR and IT departments to assure the best customer service and support the production department’s needs.
