Responsibilities

1. To lead the factory overall operation efficiency within budget and output targets with customer specifications, meeting quality and delivery expectations.
2. Responsible for factory production, financial performance, meeting customer requirements and maintaining the orderly and productive operation of planned activities.
3. Manage, coach and develop high performing team that meets agreed objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) by delivers best practice results and continuous improvements.
