Production Manager

Duties & Responsibilities

The candidate will be highly motivated, with strong supervisory, leadership and managerial skills.

The candidate will ensure products manufactured and refurbished at the Company are produced on time, in budget and to the highest quality standards.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Manage Production resources
• Material and resource planning
• Manage and improve manufacturing processes in line with design standards
• Review and apply best practices
• Implement and maintain ISO 9001 systems as per guidelines
• Implement and maintain Quality Control Plan
• Manage HSE
• Review production layouts and improve efficiency where required
• Produce production programmes in line with customer requirements
• Manage and maintain raw material stock levels
• Continuous review of systems, processes and resources to improve performance
