Candy manufacture is looking for a hands-on, target-driven Production Manager to lead our confectionery manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will oversee daily production, ensure efficiency and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a Production Manager within the food industry (preferably sweets/chocolate manufacturing)
Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance knowledge/experience
Target-driven with excellent time management skills
Ability to lead production teams and deliver on output, quality, and cost targets
Solid understanding of food safety and quality standards
