Production Manager

**What you’ll do:**

The primary responsibility of this position is to oversee the entire production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, timely delivery, effective resource management, implement company standards and policies, and provide technical support to subordinates. He/She must also ensure compliance with safety regulations, maintains effective communication across teams, and may participate in strategic planning, sustainability initiatives, or special projects to improve production capabilities.
