Production Manager

Job Description

Location: Astec Industries Europe Limited, 3 Bankmore Way East

The role will be to plan, organise, develop, direct and control the activities of the production team to accomplish short‑ and long‑range goals and objectives. The person will work closely with the team to ensure safety, profitability, and success of the production team.

This includes but is not limited to leadership and supervision of team members in a continuous‑improvement environment and utilizing Lean Principles with a focus on safety, quality, delivery, cost and people.

About The Role

• Leadership of your team and area to ensure full Health, safety and Environmental compliance and initiatives are followed.
• Demonstrate good leadership skills to manage a team of production supervisors/team leaders and work closely with cross‑functional teams.
